Art of Letting Go~The book and workshop

Consider this an invitation.

In fact, let’s start right now with opening our hearts and see how the idea of letting go frees us up to the realization of free will.

What would you be letting go of exactly?

The ultimate answer to that is “everything”.

Sound frightening?

To the ego, this is death. For the ego cannot reside in that space of free will.

How do we know this to be true?

To live in the dimension of free will means you also let go of the ego.

It looks like this...

Free will is to be without limitation and free to receive all their is to receive. It can also be expressed as experiencing life without the need and want of the ego.

This cannot be experienced while still blaming, condemning or shaming anyone, this includes you. To blame means to find fault, which also means to live within the confines of the controlling egoic mind.

In summation, free will means to experience life without the illusion of control.

Go deeper with your thoughts, allow yourself to shift into the more Loving and expansive space of spirit, which in truth is your natural state of being.

Between yourself and yourself

How amazing that in this life experience we get millions of opportunities to learn powerful lessons.

One of the most prolific of these lessons teaches us how to let go of this need of getting in our own way.

For thousands of years we've been asking "why", "I just can't", "tomorrow will be a better time" and so on.

Regarding the question of "why"...

It's OK for you to let go of this question right now.

Ultimately the question of "why" cannot be answered and only goes to try and satisfy the egos need to know.

Regarding other questions that we continually ask internally and out aloud.

I can assure you these can also be let go of.

They are only excuses that keep you out of the present moment, keep you in a constant grip of egoic identity and incessantly seeking answers to which you already have.

It's this understanding that brings about an awareness that you no longer have to "seek" for Love, you ARE Love.

You no longer have to "get a life", you are the most beautiful expression of life.

The title of this blog "between yourself and yourself" cuts right to the heart of that which creates such collective pain.

The surface layer dialog that says "stop getting in your own way" could give way to a more Loving and meaningful expression that says...

I Love me!

For me to experience Love I only need to accept Love and know that I AM Love. Right now I choose to speak with integrity.

The discovery of who I am will no longer be some future idea, I can find myself right now.

Some new questions to ask could be...

Are you ready to make this discovery right now?

What informs you that you are ready?

Am I still choosing to get between myself and myself?

Be still and know that I'm here.

Are you ready to move beyond the words and start experiencing the shift into conscious awareness?

This 12 week workshop is designed to do just that and is principled on the writings of Eckhart Tolle and Leeza Edwards.

We cover the entire book “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle and live out the principles of this teaching.

In this small group dynamic of 12, we’ll grow in compassion & Love as we hold space for each other on this new journey. Engaging in meditation, ritual, art expression and so on we truly get into the depths of our being and have a safe space in which to enliven the spirit!

It’s here that we get into the work of questioning the old conditioned thoughts that have dominated our life experience and with that we fundamentally shift away from the egoic mind.

What do we gain from this shift?

We gain spacious peace and equanimity that only a balanced mind can bring about!

It’s here that we learn to Love ourselves and in doing so we let go of expectations, let go of past & future and grow in spirit.

It’s here that we learn a new language and allow for the new language to inform our new world view.

It’s here that we embrace the stillness, the formless, the connection to ALL things. Where we break free of the pain-body and discover inner space on our way to creating a new Heaven and a new Earth.

The choices we make...

We are constantly making choices in our experience here.

In making life more beautiful and ALIVE, be in practice of asking this profound yet simple question... is the choice I'm about to make going to bring me more happiness?

Being in the present moment is about bringing a "yes" to it, not to a story that is likely playing itself out.

The common thread is that being in the present moment is experiencing life beautifully, abundantly and with your choices bringing about more happiness to life it makes it more in alignment with purpose and EVERYTHING you experience becomes ALIVE!

Happiness comes from choice... again and again.

Choose to be happy and align your thoughts with bringing more happiness in!

People, places, events and circumstances cannot "make" you happy, they can only bring more of it.

What are you choosing in this moment?

It's about letting go of the thoughts that are often about past and future.

When you are in this space, you have arrived at connecting to your true self and thus the source of all things.

The benefits are obvious for those who've come to meet this space and have a knowingness that it's not about the stories we write about ourselves and life.

If you've not arrived yet, stay still and just allow it to be.

It's in the allowing and not in the "getting" that life becomes abundant, Loving, beautiful and ALIVE!
